Staff treated patients with kindness and respect. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs, and it was clear from interactions we observed that practice staff knew their patients well.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient commented that staff were welcoming and attentive, and clinicians were supportive in helping them maintain good oral health.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff we spoke with on the day of our inspection showed a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality service to their patients.
