Inspection carried out on 25 April 2013

During a routine inspection

Patients were not available to speak to us on the day of the inspection. However we saw feedback from patients who had recently completed surveys. Their comments showed they were happy with their service.

Patients were given information about the cost of treatment and their treatment was clearly explained to them. Patients' medical needs were assessed prior to their treatment and all patients had a treatment plan.

Staff received training and support for their professional development. There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. The practice sought the views of patients and used their comments to help improve the service.
