During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people who used the practice. They made positive comments about the service, one described the treatment they had received as "very good" and told us that the practice was "very efficient". Another person commented, "the dentist explains everything'. All of the people we spoke to told us that they had received enough information about any proposed treatment. There were arrangements in place to protect children and vulnerable adults from the risk of abuse. Everyone we spoke to said that the practice environment was clean when they visited. One person told us that the practice was "spotless". We also found that the practice sought the views of people that used the service.
