During a routine inspection
We found the safeguarding processes in place were suitable to protect people from harm and staff were clear about the different types of abuse and how to report any concerns. We also found staff were appropriately supported in their role and were provided with sufficient levels of support and supervision.
In addition, we found there were systems and processes in place to assesses the quality of service provision but some aspects of this could have been better formalised, for example, the spot check audits.
We spoke with three people who used the service and someone’s relative. One person said they were pleased with the service and staff were always on time. Another person said staff were nice and they had no complaints. A third person commented staff were polite and a relative remarked how staff were respectful.
