During a routine inspection

When we visited Toddington Dental Practice, we saw a small carefully planned surgery with a single treatment room. All areas were clean and tidy and a large amount of dental and other health information was available to people in the waiting area. Staff were polite and helpful, offering people choices of appointment times to suit them. People's records clearly showed that they were offered options for treatments and enabled to make decisions on what they preferred.

We spoke with one person who had seen the dentist and they told us that they were ''satisfied'' with the service and the surgery. We were told that the practice was due to move to new, larger, premises later in the year and we saw that people using the service had been consulted and informed about these plans.
