During a routine inspection

One patient told us; 'The staff are all very friendly." We saw there were systems to ensure patients were kept safe and staff members had been trained in safeguarding procedures.

We saw there were systems in place to assure the quality of the service provided as well as manage decontamination and infection control processes so the safety of staff and patients was maintained.

There was a lot of information available to patients about the services provided and a clear audit trail of consent to treatments.

Staff said they felt supported working at the service and there was regular training and meetings to discuss clinical and professional issues at the surgery
