During a routine inspection
Patients' told us they were satisfied with the treatment they received and that they were fully involved in any decisions that were made regarding their treatment.
When asked, patients said the staff treated them with dignity and respect. One patient said, 'I have been coming here for years even when the last dentist was here.'
We found the practice was calm and a relaxed. Patients' were complimentary about the staff. They said they were made to feel welcome at all times.
We found the practice to be clean and well maintained. Patients' we spoke with told us there had been some refurbishment at the practice recently and they felt the practice was very clean.
We saw copies of information, which was made available for patients use, situated in the reception area. The member of staff on the reception told us they gave a practice leaflet to patients and this explained how the practice was run.
