During a routine inspection
We found people's views were taken into account in the way the service was provided in relation to their treatment.
We found that the people were being protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
We found there was an effective complaints system available.
