During a routine inspection

There was website with information about the service including details about fees and how to make an enquiry or complaint. There was also information available on-site. People were assessed and care and treatment was given in line with people's wishes. Consent was obtained before any treatment was given. Consent for children was obtained via a parent or appropriate guardian.

People receiving travel vaccinations had to provide details of previous vaccines, planned activities while away. They also had to provide other relevant information about where they were travelling to, what they planned to do whilst away and length of stay so that they could be advised about the correct immunisations they required.

People told us that the service was "very good" and they were happy with the care and treatment given. They thought the staff were polite and helpful.
