During a routine inspection
We saw that there were policies regarding infection control and noted that the practice was clean, and had robust cleaning schedules in place. There was a schedule, for staff to sign, to confirm that they had read the policies. We were shown the arrangements for supporting staff, including the minutes of staff meetings. The manager explained how these were used to agree performance targets and maintain quality. Quality monitoring surveys were completed and evaluated as a means of improving the quality of service people received.
