We found that people's needs were assessed and care and support was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. Care plans and risk assessments were reviewed on a regular basis.

We spoke with the parent of one young person and their comments about the service included: "The staff always turn up on time and I always know which staff are coming - I get a rota in the post every week. The service we receive is really good - excellent".

The provider had taken appropriate steps to identify and prevent abuse from occurring. There were systems in place to obtain the views of people who used the service in relation to the standard of services provided.

We saw evidence to confirm that staff were receiving appropriate training to enable them to carry out their job roles effectively and safely.

We found that the provider had appropriate systems in place to monitor the quality and standard of services being provided.
