Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

On the second Friday of each month following this condition taking effect the registered provider must submit to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) the following:
• Confirmation of the number of service users receiving care/support at the time of submission of the required information.
• Audits must be conducted every month and a report sent to the CQC in respect of the following:
- The number of service user care plans/risk assessments reviewed that month.
- Details of any issues identified, if any, through these reviews and any actions taken to address those issues.
- Details of actions taken if there have been any other changes found to service users’ care and support needs.
