During a routine inspection

We spoke with six people who used the service. They all told us they were happy with the care they received, that the care workers were polite and respectful and that they felt safe. One person said "I cannot say I have experienced a better service". Another person said "they are very good. I can put my trust in them". People also told us that the care workers were punctual and that if there were any delays they would call to let people know.

We spoke with three care workers who told us they liked working for the service. One said "it is lovely, the managers are so supportive". Another said "the training is very good. I have never been so qualified, it's great".

We looked at the people's care plans and found them to be current and correct. Care plans showed us that people who used the service were fully involved in the planning and delivery of their care. We also looked at the records for the service and found them to be correct and well maintained. This showed us that the service was well managed, people's care was appropriate and that they were safe.
