During a routine inspection
Patients we spoke with and comments from the satisfaction log included, 'Treats me always with professional manner, always listens to my needs.' 'I honestly think this doctor is one of the best and I'm really happy to go to the dentist.' and 'The dentist was very interested and helpful, he took his time to explain everything step by step. I'm happy to come to the clinic without any worries.'
Patients comments about cleanliness included,' Cleanliness here is very good.'and' It is always very clean.'
Patients spoke positively about staff, including:' I like the doctor he is kind and helpful.' 'The staff are very courteous' and 'I had big problems with my teeth. I am glad I found this clinic, the doctor is very patient.'
