During a routine inspection
People that used the practice told us that they were happy with the quality of treatment received. They felt they were given enough information about their treatment options and the relevant fees, and were able to ask all the questions they wanted to.
We observed that the practice was clean and tidy and people we spoke with told us that this was also the case when they attended their dental appointments. Processes were in place to ensure that equipment was safe to use and high levels of cleanliness maintained.
During our inspection we saw that all staff working at this practice had the required employment checks that ensured people were protected against any risks of abusive practices.
We discussed some information that we had received with the two dentists who were acting in the roles as nominated individual and registered manager together with the practice manager. We gained evidence from our discussions and this inspection that people received safe and well planned care and treatment which improved their dental health and met their needs.
