During a routine inspection
They each told us that they had been supported by the agency for sometime and were happy with the support they received. People commented; 'I'm more than happy', 'They help me do everything I need' and 'I've been with the agency for a long time, I like them'.
People spoken with were aware a support plan and risk assessments were in place, which told staff about the support they required. People confirmed they had received a copy of their plan. One person told us, 'We go through it (the support plan) about every 6 months to make sure it's right'.
People told us that staff were reliable, they always knew when they were visiting and they were always on time. One person told us, 'I've had the same carer for years, I like that, it works for me'. Another person said, 'The staff look out for me'. Other comments included; 'No concerns at all', 'I've no worries, but would ring them if there was anything' and 'I've no problems, I'd call them if I needed to'.
