During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who were using the service. They were both generally positive about the treatment they had received and told us the staff were professional, helpful and courteous. One person said 'The staff explained the treatments to me.'

Both people confirmed that staff had asked for their consent and they had signed the consent forms.

Both people had received information on how to raise complaints with their referral letter and neither had any cause to raise a complaint.
