During a routine inspection
People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening. Staff had undertaken training about safeguarding vulnerable adults and were aware of their responsibility for reporting any suspicions of abuse. Appropriate safeguarding procedures were in place. The provider had carried out pre-employment checks on staff to help ensure they were suitable to work with vulnerable adults. We found that records were accurate, up to date and were stored securely.
