Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We looked at the most recent patient survey results completed for year 2024. Summarised results showed that respondents were happy with the “friendly, respectful and attentive” team and that the dental practice was “clean and comfortable.” Patients felt “listened to” and that when concerns were raised these were “taken seriously.”

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

During our inspection we observed that members of staff were courteous and very helpful to patients and treated them with dignity and respect. Surgery room doors were closed during consultations; conversations taking place in these rooms could not be overheard.
