During a routine inspection
The person attending the clinic said they had always found the staff to be very pleasant. They were able to make appointments when they needed to. The specialist always explained to them about their treatment and the cost of the treatment. They said they knew how to make a complaint if they needed to.
We saw the practice was clean and well maintained throughout. The person attending the clinic said the practice was always clean and tidy.
We saw that the clinic had effective systems in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received. We found that patient's views were taken into account to improve the clinic's services for patients.
