The person attending the clinic said they had always found the staff to be very pleasant. They were able to make appointments when they needed to. The specialist always explained to them about their treatment and the cost of the treatment. They said they knew how to make a complaint if they needed to.

We saw the practice was clean and well maintained throughout. The person attending the clinic said the practice was always clean and tidy.

We saw that the clinic had effective systems in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received. We found that patient's views were taken into account to improve the clinic's services for patients.

On the day we visited there were no consultations taking place. This meant that were not able to speak to any of the people who had used the service. We were not able to speak with staff who worked in the clinic other than the practice manager.

We were able to walk round the clinic and look at records and documentation that was in place. We saw that facilities enabled people's dignity to be respected and their safety to be maintained. Records provided evidence to show that staff were appropriately trained and qualified. Systems had been put in place to gain feedback from people about their experience and this will inform future service provision.
