The registered provider may increase the maximum capacity of Moore Care (Registered) Limited, Woodsmoore, 31 Manchester Road,Buxton, Derbyshire, SK17 6TD (the premises) from six to seven service users solely to accommodate service user seven in Flat 2 “A bit Moore”, the one bed apartment located at the premises. This placement must only be used to meet service user seven’s immediate needs and is not to be used to accommodate any other person. Should service user seven move on from the location permanently then the registered provider must not admit any other service user into Flat 2 “A bit Moore” without first obtaining express written permission from the Care Quality Commission
