During a routine inspection
from Pallant Orthodontics. People told us that they received a friendly service, were
kept well informed and were offered choices about their treatment.
One person said, "I have never needed to complain. I have always had a great service from the dentist".
Another person said, "This is my second child to have treatment here. My other daughter's braces have just been removed and we are thrilled with the results."
Another person said, "They are always so friendly here, even when they were giving my son a ticking off for the way he was neglecting his dental routine. They did it in a way that was respectful and kind".
