During a routine inspection
Comments we received from patients were positive about the way they were treated by staff. They were happy with the care, respect and support shown to them during the course of their treatment. People told us they found dentist and staff approachable and polite and felt relaxed when visiting the surgery.
Patients told us they were consulted all through the treatment stages and all options were discussed with them. Patients confirmed discussions about the treatment they were receiving were always conducted in private. Patients we spoke with told us they were very happy with the care and treatment provided. They told us the practice was flexible and would always fit them in if they needed to see a dentist urgently.
