During an inspection looking at part of the service
At this visit we found the provider had addressed the shortfalls we identified at our last inspection. We saw they had appropriate systems and equipment in place to monitor and minimise the risk of infection.
We also found regular checks had been introduced to assess how the clinic was operating and to check if staff were following the correct policies and procedures.
On this occasion we did not speak to people who used the service. However their experiences were captured through information received from the provider, checking records and speaking with the registered manager and staff.
