During a routine inspection
The provider had clear systems in place to obtain people's feedback. We saw recently completed satisfaction surveys. The overall results of the surveys indicated that people were very happy with the service provided and that the staff had dealt with their needs effectively and efficiently.
One comment said 'Really impressed with the time taken to explain everything, very thorough and patient when baby was not in a clear position. Did not feel rushed at all. The receptionist and sonographer, both very friendly and helpful. After a poor experience elsewhere I would not fault this service.'
The Baby Scan Studio - Chelmsford was very clean and tidy and provided a comfortable environment. Staff who worked at the service were suitably qualified for the work being undertaken.
