Our view of the service

We assessed Taunton PET CT from 25 June to 3 July 2025.

We assessed 1 assessment service group at this location due to an aged rating. We previously inspected the service in 2021 and rated them requires improvement. We found that the service had made improvements and met the breaches found at the previous inspection. We assessed Diagnostic Imaging where we assessed all 33 quality statements.

Taunton PET CT was registered with CQC in December 2017 to deliver the regulated activities: Diagnostic and screening procedures. The service had a Nominated Individual.

We rated the location as Good.
