During a routine inspection
However, we found that people's individual needs were not always met in a timely way because of the way care was being planned and delivered.
The service ensured that all staff were subject to the correct pre-employment checks. The service had systems to monitor the quality of the service provided and to assess and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of people using the service and others.
