During a routine inspection
We found that people were informed of the treatment suitable for their injuries and given appropriate advice. Good, clear records were kept and when treating children the medical team made sure a representative was always available.
A comprehensive plan and risk assessments were completed for each event. These were detailed and meant that the correct staffing requirements were met for each event.
Staff members had received safeguarding training and were able to demonstrate a good understanding of abuse issues.
The provider had an effective system in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
