During a routine inspection
We spoke with two people using the service who were both happy with their experience. They said the staff were friendly and consultations were held in private. They said they had enough time with the doctor and the doctor explained things well.
We also saw around 20 feedback forms which were also positive. For example, on almost all of these forms, people had indicated that they were likely to use the centre again.
