During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people who used the practice they told us they were pleased with the dental treatment they received and found the staff to be friendly and informative. One individual we spoke with told us, 'The dentist is excellent, they listen and explain'. Another person said to us, 'You can't have a better dentist, the word is brilliant'.

People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights.

People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed. People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment.

People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.

The provider had an effective system in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
