During a routine inspection
They told us they were able to discuss their treatment and how to manage their weight loss with the medical practitioner at their appointments. Medicines were prescribed and given to people appropriately.
People told us staff were approachable, knowledgeable and answered any questions they may have.
A patient said "I always ask for advice and the clinic is quite good, I have no complaints'.
