During a routine inspection

We spoke with the relatives of two people who used the service, two care workers and the two members of the management team. Both relatives told us it was an "excellent" service and they were very pleased with their care workers. One relative said, "I have a lot of confidence in this agency. They (the care workers) are exceedingly kind people and very committed." Another relative said, "absolutely wonderful, really professional. I would recommend to anybody."

We saw that the care needs of people were assessed and recorded in their care plans. Risk assessments had been carried out in order to ensure people's safety.

Both relatives told us the staff were reliable and well trained. Comments included, "they really know what they are doing and were given specific training to understand my relative's condition." The relatives had been given information about how to make a complaint and were confident the agency would respond professionally.
