During a routine inspection

We spoke with five people and relative using the service. They told us that they thought the carers were "brilliant", "very professional" and "will listen to me if I need anything". We found a well trained staff group who understood the needs of people they supported. Staff felt well trained and supported themselves by the management in the office and all staff told us that they believed it to be a well run service.

During a routine inspection

We spoke with one person who used the service and three relatives, they told us they were happy with the standard of care and support and felt involved in the care and treatment that Prestige Care provided.

"I am very satisfied with my carers, I have two regular people and when I asked for a slight change the office sorted it quickly."

"I have complete confidence in all the staff."

"I can do my own tablets but I am sure they would help if I couldn't."
