During a routine inspection
The care record for the one person using the service contained enough information to show how they were to be supported and cared for. We spoke to a relative of the person. They were very complimentary about the staff and the care and support provided. Comments made included; 'Absolutely fantastic, I could not ask for more' and 'So caring and reassuring'.
The system in place for managing medicines in people's homes was robust. This helps ensure the safety and welfare of people using the service.
Arrangements were in place to ensure that staff were appropriately supported to enable them to deliver care to service users safely.
People benefited from a well- managed agency that had systems in place to monitor the quality of the service provided.
People were provided with clear information about the procedure in place for handling complaints.
