During a routine inspection
We spoke with two staff, reviewed records and made observations throughout the inspection.
People told us that they were given good information about the service and confirmed that they had been offered clear explanations about treatments and what to expect. One person said that 'I feel well informed.'
We saw that the building and treatment rooms were clean and well maintained and cleanliness routines were explained.
People told us that staff seemed well trained and equipped in their role. We saw that checking of the skills and qualifications were undertaken that met Schedule 3 of the Health and Social Care Act but that some of the staff records had not recorded the confirmation of reference checks.
People were happy with the quality of the service and the staff. We saw that the provider assessed and monitored the quality of their service provision and that regular patient surveys were analysed.
