BPAS - Middlesbrough

At our last inspection we rated caring as good. At this assessment the rating has improved to outstanding. This meant women felt well-supported, cared for and treated with kindness, dignity, and respect, and women’s feedback confirmed this.

We found that women were always treated with kindness, empathy and compassion. Women’s privacy and dignity was respected, that they understood that they and their experience of how they were treated and supported mattered. Every effort was made to take women’s wishes into account and respect their choices, to achieve the best possible outcomes for them.
