People told us they were involved in arranging their care and support and had agreed to the support provided. Consent issues were taken seriously and staff were expected to respect the rights of clients, and involve people in all decisions and discussions. People told us the care they received was exceptional.

We were told staff were reliable and flexible in their work. They stayed for the right time and were respectful to them and their home. People said, "The staff they send are without exception the nicest people you could wish to meet. They know what they are doing and make you feel good and cared for. Every member of staff they have sent to me has been first class'. 'I think helper is the better word to use rather than using carer or girls. They deserve some respect for the work they do. They are good company for me, bright and intelligent and very respectful.

Staff had been trained to give people the help and support they needed to take their medicines safely.

People were cared for by staff that been recruited properly and were of good character. We were told staff were 'brilliant', exceptional' trustworthy' and 'very caring'.

People were consulted about their experience of the service. Family members told us 'I would recommend them to anyone. They are professional people with good values' 'They deserve a gold star for the excellent standards of care provided'

Three relatives of people who used the service told us the manager operated a flexible service and always tried to accommodate people's needs. One described how a member of staff had stayed longer to help a person. They told us they were 'extremely happy' and 'very satisfied' with the care and support received and that staff were 'respectful' and 'helpful'. One person said 'can't fault it, it's been a blessing'. Another said 'it is reassuring for us there are people like that doing that sort of job'. They told us they would not hesitate to talk to the manager if they had any concerns.
