During a routine inspection
People told us about the activities they did out and about in the community. People said they could generally make their own decisions about what to do and when.
People said they were satisfied with the care and support they received. One said, 'It's much better than my previous placement'. Another said, 'It's got its faults'. People were aware of their care plan although did not know always know the detail. We saw that care plans were not always up to date.
People told us they felt safe receiving a service. People spoke positively about the staff, but felt there had been a lot of changes recently. One said, 'I just get to know them and then they move on'. Another said the new manager was, 'very jolly, very fair and very good'.
People told us they had not been asked if they were happy with the service they received and there were no meetings to discuss any of their concerns or give their opinions.
