During a routine inspection
Comments received included: 'I think the staff are brill'; "The staff do a fantastic job and I mean that from my heart. I love them'; 'They definitely understand my needs 200%'; 'I have always been treated with dignity and in a caring manner'; 'My carers are always there for me and I am very well looked after'; 'I feel lucky to have such good staff to care for me' and 'I could not wish for better people to look care for my needs'
People spoken with confirmed that they felt safe using the service and no concerns, complaints or allegations were received from the people using the service during the visit.
