The people we spoke with told us they made their own decisions in all things, including whether to accept support and whether to take their medicines. They told us the staff respected these decisions. One person told us, 'I am in control of my own life. I make my own decisions, the staff respect that.'

People received care which met their needs. One person told us, 'The carer is lovely, like my family, I don't know how I would manage without her.'

Medication was handled safely and there was a clear record of whether people accepted or refused their medicines.

Most of the staff had been safely recruited and checks had been undertaken to make sure they were suitable to work with vulnerable people.

None of the people we spoke with had made a compliant. They all told us they had no need to do this as they were very satisfied with the service. One person said, 'I would feel confident to raise any complaint I am absolutely confident this would be responded to properly. As far as I am concerned they are great, they are very good.'
