Updated information has been provided regarding identifying the local authority contacts for reporting safeguarding issues. A schedule of local authority safeguarding contacts is now displayed in the office for staff and client use. Staff were made aware of the London multi agency policy and existing TTP safeguarding policy and procedures location and implementation. Staff have received training in the appropriate use of restraint and management of aggression which was completed on 23rd November 2012.
The hierarchical management responsibilities structure has been formally composed and is now displayed in the office. Job descriptions have been updated along with management responsibilities.
The training requirements and records relating to staff professional support needs, personal development and organisational needs have now been compiled in to a matrix available on the central store server and available to all staff. The individual staff records are held electronically on the HR program, which is viewable by the staff manager and is available to managers.
Audit and Quality Assurance reports are reviewed monthly at the Senior Management Team meeting. The reports are available both physically and electronically.
