During a routine inspection

We were able to speak to two patients who had attended appointments. One patient had been attending the practice for twenty years. He was very happy with the treatment he received and reported that he always had his treatment options explained to him and was told about the charges he would have to pay. When he was in the surgery, staff always wore gloves, masks and glasses and he was also offered glasses.

The other patient we spoke to had also be attending the practice for many years. She was very happy with the service and said that when she needed an urgent appointment, the staff were very helpful in fitting her into the schedule.
