During a check to make sure that the improvements required had been made

We found that there is now a registered manager in post. They told us that they now hold all of the staff records in the scheme. The manager has sent us details of the current staff and has included the information that is required in the regulations.

During a routine inspection

People who used the service told us that they felt well treated. They said that they had received good information about the service. They told us that they were able to discuss any issues with staff as they arose.

People told us that they were happy with their care and support plans. They said that they included all that they needed. They told us that they felt safe whilst using the service. People looked relaxed and happy in the company of staff. They told us that they were happy with the quality of care provided by The Orchards.
