During a routine inspection
People told us that they had a regular known group of staff that supported them and if there were any changes they were kept informed. One person told us, 'We have set carers for different days and the agency has matched the carer to the activity'. Another person said, 'I'm mainly satisfied, but a couple of times they have been more than 30 minutes late. More communication is needed about lateness. '
