During a routine inspection

We were unable to speak to the person who lived at 8 Newlands Cottage because they had gone out to work on the providers� farm. We gathered evidence of the person�s experiences of the service by reviewing their care plan and talking to the services registered manager and other staff that were on duty at the time of our inspection. We found that the person received effective and safe care and support from suitably trained and experienced staff that were familiar with this individuals specific needs and preferences. Furthermore, the provider had effective systems in place to routinely assess and monitor the quality of service that this person received.
