During a routine inspection

People told us 'My carer is brilliant. I wouldn't swap her for a bag of gold', and that care workers 'Have all been very polite'. Several people said that the company had 'teething problems' in the first few weeks when their care workers were late or did not turn up, but we heard that this had greatly improved. People said that they had been assessed by the company before their care started. The people we spoke with said that they never knew which care worker was going to arrive, and we were told that even though people had requested a list of who would be coming in advance they had not been given one.
