During a routine inspection

Because of the sensitive nature of the service, we were unable to speak to people using the service on this inspection. The service has a format for a formal survey and was putting this into practice at the time of our inspection.

Clear information was provided to people who use the service. Their assessment and treatment was carried out by a competent professional who kept up to date. There were systems in place for keeping people safe and reviewing practice.

Because of the sensitive nature of the service, we were unable to speak to people using the service. Dr Roger Kennedy ' The Child and Family Practice has been registered since November 2011. Dr Kennedy was preparing his first client survey at the time of this inspection.
