During a routine inspection
One person who used the service was on holiday with their family.
We saw that people's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan.
People using the service were protected from abuse as they were supported by a staff team who had appropriate knowledge and training of Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults. People told us if they had any concerns they would report them to the staff on duty.
Staff we spoke with and the records we saw, demonstrated that staff were suitably experienced and skilled to support people living in the home. A staff member told us 'we have a great team of staff, we have some strong characters in the team'.
The provider had effective systems in place to monitor and assess the quality of the service.
