During a routine inspection

We visited TTP (Trust The Process) unannounced and spoke with three current users of the service. We looked in detail at their experience of the service. We also spoke with the manager, two counsellors, the administrative assistant, and two volunteers. The volunteers were previous users of the service. They were very enthusiastic about the service and keen to pass the benefits of their experiences to people currently using the service. The three users of the service we spoke with were all at varying stages of progress within the service. They were all extremely positive about the service and confident about achieving success during their stay. People using the service told us of how it helped them realise what had gone wrong for them in the past and how it could help them be successful in ending their addictions.
