Well-led
Well-led – this means we looked for evidence that service leadership, management and governance assured high-quality, person-centred care; supported learning and innovation; and promoted an open, fair culture.
At this inspection, we focused solely on the governance, management and sustainability quality statement to assess whether the provider had addressed the previous breach of Regulation 17 and made the necessary improvements to its quality assurance systems in this area.

The provider was previously in breach of the legal regulation in relation to good governance. Improvements were found at this assessment, and the provider was no longer in breach of this regulation.

Since the previous inspection, the provider had made sustained improvements to its quality assurance systems. Leaders had established clear areas of responsibility for staff at all levels, who understood their roles in monitoring and maintaining the quality of care. Daily observations and leadership meetings supported oversight of care delivery, monitoring of standards and the timely reporting of concerns.
